LEAD Website Accessibility Statement
iLEAD is committed to providing websites and digital resources that are accessible to the widest possible audience, including individuals with disabilities. Accessibility is considered throughout the development, review, and maintenance of the iLEAD websites so that trustees, library directors, staff, and other users can access its information and resources.

Ongoing Accessibility
The iLEAD websites are developed and maintained with accessibility as an ongoing priority. Website content and resources are reviewed with consideration for applicable accessibility requirements and recognized accessibility practices.
As we add or update content, we work to identify and correct accessibility barriers and improve the website’s usability for people using assistive technologies.
Accessible Documents
Documents created specifically for the iLEAD Ready Reference are intended to be provided in accessible formats. Accessibility considerations may include appropriate heading structures, meaningful link text, readable typography, sufficient color contrast, alternative text for meaningful images, logical reading order, and properly structured tables.
If you encounter an inaccessible document, please contact the iLEAD team. We will provide assistance or an accessible alternative when possible.

The iLEAD websites include links to statutes, government agencies, professional organizations, publications, and other third-party resources. It may also provide access to documents or materials created by outside organizations or contributors.
Because iLEAD does not control third-party websites or externally produced materials, it cannot guarantee the accessibility of that content.
