Beginning Tuesday, January 6, 2026, the iLEAD Portal Team will offer extended Drop-In Help Desk Hours from 5:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m. No registration required.

During Drop-In Hours, trustees and directors can receive real-time assistance with:

  • Accessing the iLEAD Portal (logging in, L2 credentials, course navigation)
  • Finding information within the portal, including Required Trainings, Trustee Journey modules, and badge progress
  • Troubleshooting issues related to course access, badge completion, and printing your certificates
  • Getting guidance on how to use iLEAD resources to support board development and training compliance

Whether you’re new to the portal or just need help locating a resource, the iLEAD team will be available to support youβ€”no appointment needed.
